Cased Pair of Silver Spoon & Fork, Sheffield 1943, Atkin Brothers – Monogrammed “SWM”
A boxed duo of solid silver cutlery comprising one silver table spoon and one silver table fork, each fully hallmarked for Sheffield, 1943 with the lion passant, town mark, date letter, and maker’s mark HA for Atkin Brothers. Both pieces are engraved with an elegant cursive monogram “SWM” to the handles.
The accompanying knife is not silver (composite/EPNS blade with ivorine-style handle) and is included as found.
Presented in a fitted vintage case with blue velvet interior and satin-lined lid. General age-related tarnish and wear to the silver and case.
