An original Bank of England Five Pounds note, signed D. L. Hollom (Chief Cashier), serial number C07 367896. Obverse featuring a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II; reverse with the classic Britannia seated vignette surrounded by ornate guilloché engraving.
Condition: Circulated. With folds and creasing from handling, light surface wear and a small red ink mark visible on the obverse; overall clear, complete and presentable.
A popular post-war pre-decimal £5 issue, increasingly sought after in all grades.
