A 1970 Bulova Ambassador Automatic Wristwatch
A 1970 Bulova Ambassador automatic wristwatch featuring a cushion-shaped gold-toned case and a stainless steel screw-down back. The cream-colored dial is set with gold-toned baton hour markers and a date aperture at the 3 o’clock position, signed Bulova Ambassador Automatic 23 Jewels. The case back is marked with the serial number 3-447260 and the date code N0. The watch is fitted with a gold-fronted Excalibur expansion bracelet marked Made in England. The item is housed in its original octagonal blue and gold-toned presentation box, which includes a retailer stamp for F. Baumgartner, Watch and Clockmaker, Swadlincote.
