Mid 20th Century Cornish Fishing Trawler Model
A mid 20th century Cornish fishing trawler model boat, of the type associated with Mousehole and the Cornish coast. The decorative piece is constructed from a combination of wood, cord, and plastic components. The hull features a tri-color finish with a green upper section, an orange-stained lower portion, and a white deck and wheelhouse. The vessel is outfitted with a single tall wooden mast, white string rigging, and miniature navigation lights. It is mounted on a rectangular wooden plinth base by two metal supports, with a brass-colored nameplate on the front labeled TRAWLER.
