Japanese Cloisonné-Style Decorative Egg
decorative egg-form ornament, enamelled and painted with a figural scene of three figures beneath a parasol within a garden setting, reserved on a pale green ground, the reverse and sides with floral panels on a deep turquoise ground, heightened with gilt outlines and beaded decoration throughout; the lower section with further patterned ornament. Likely 20th century. Minor wear consistent with age. Height approx. 15–18 cm.
