Condition report:
The items exhibit minor shelf wear and signs of use consistent with age. The binder shows light scuffing and small areas of loss to the paper covering at the corners and edges. The paperback books show light creasing to the covers and minor wear to the spine ends. Internal pages and scrapbook clippings appear generally well-preserved.
