A striking matched pair of Cordobés art pottery vessels by the celebrated Spanish ceramist C. Alcaide, comprising a ring-handled jug and a baluster vase. Both pieces are executed in glazed ceramic and richly decorated with bold floral motifs and scrolling ornament in a vibrant palette of ochre yellow, cobalt blue, green, and soft terracotta tones. The expressive, free-flowing brushwork and glossy glaze are characteristic of Andalusian decorative ceramics, combining traditional influences with a lively, contemporary spirit. Each piece is signed to the base, confirming authorship. Well matched in form, decoration, and scale, the pair display beautifully together and offer strong visual impact.
