A 20th Century Miniature Wooden Model of a Chinese Junk
This decorative wooden model represents a three-masted Chinese junk. The vessel is constructed with a dark-stained hull featuring carved side strakes and a curved stern. It is rigged with three blue fabric batten-style sails secured with cordage. The deck includes various wooden structural components and a small wire mesh trap.
