A Collection of Die-Cast Models, Plastic Building Kits, and Figure Sets including Corgi, Matchbox, and IHC
A collection of assorted die-cast models, plastic building kits, and figure sets, primarily in their original packaging. The group features a Corgi Classics The Aviation Archive Battle of Britain Avro Lancaster (Battle of Britain Memorial Flight) die-cast model in 1:144 scale, identified as a limited edition first issue. Also included is a Matchbox Models of Yesteryear Special Edition YS-9 1936 Leyland Cub Fire Engine FK-7 and a Corgi Classics Thornycroft Van finished in dark green Lipton’s Tea livery. The collection further contains a 1:32 scale die-cast 1955 Chevrolet Corvette from the Zora Arkus-Duntov Authorized Corvette Collection. Plastic kits and figures comprise an IMEX American Civil War Confederate Artillery Set (No. 502) in 1:72 / 25mm scale and two International Hobby Corp (IHC) Homes of Yesterday and Today building kits from the Your Town USA series, including kit number 1 (Kavanaugh) and kit number 100-20. Completing the lot is a detailed model of a battleship featuring dazzle camouflage, housed in a plastic blister pack with a grey illustrated outer box.
