Description
A Late Victorian Style Ruby Red Pressed Glass Geometric Bud Vase
A small pressed glass bud vase or decorative bottle of square section, tapering slightly towards the base. The piece is rendered in a deep ruby red colour and features a molded geometric pattern consisting of sunburst and star motifs within diamond-shaped panels. The vessel is topped with a short cylindrical neck and a flat, flared rim. The base features a stippled texture around the perimeter with a central recessed square containing an embossed mold number 4. This style is characteristic of British or European glass production from the late 19th to early 20th century. Dimensions: Height: 10cm, Width: 5cm.
