A gold tone necklace suspending an oval Miraculous Medal pendant depicting the Virgin Mary standing upon the globe with rays extending from her hands, surrounded by the inscription “O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.” The reverse with the traditional cross above the letter M and two hearts motif. Suspended from a fine link chain. A popular Catholic devotional medal inspired by the apparitions of 1830 at Rue du Bac, Paris.
