A manual ice crusher, attributed to Winco, featuring a two-part construction with a white plastic upper housing and a translucent plastic collection bin. The grinding unit includes a hinged top lid and a side-mounted metal hand-cranked mechanism with multiple interior blades. The rectangular collection base is fitted with four small black feet for stability. The design and construction are consistent with the Winco ICP-9 model, though no manufacturer marks are visible on the exterior. Dimensions: approximately 24cm x 11cm x 11cm.
