Description
A Turkish style mosaic glass table lamp
A Turkish style table lamp featuring a globular glass shade. The shade is decorated with hand-cut glass and mirrored mosaic tiles in shades of blue, red, and orange, arranged in an interlocking geometric pattern. These tiles are set against a background of translucent blue and orange glass seed beads. The shade is supported by a patinated non-ferrous metal base, likely brass-plated steel or zinc alloy, featuring cast foliate decoration and a rope-twist border. The lamp is topped with a matching metal cap with diamond-shaped perforations. It is fitted with a modern black power cord and a standard United Kingdom 13A three-pin plug. The underside of the base is finished with a green felt protector.
