Description
A decorative metal relief plaque produced by Hathaway International, London. The central silver-toned relief depicts a rustic landscape scene featuring a cottage with a thatched-style roof, a mature tree, and a stream crossed by a simple bridge where a horse or donkey is shown drinking at the water’s edge. The relief is mounted onto a rectangular bevelled glass panel with a grey-blue tinted mirrored backing. The assembly is presented on a small brass-toned metal display easel. The reverse of the glass panel bears a circular paper label with the text Hathaway International London England arranged around a central stylised letter H enclosed within a laurel wreath.
