A decorative metal bowl of squat circular form, likely cast in brass or bronze with a dark matt-black patinated finish. The exterior is decorated with a wide relief band of stylised floral and foliate motifs, set beneath a scalloped border at the rim. The bowl contains a collection of polished stone eggs crafted from various semi-precious stones, including banded onyx, marble, and agate.
