Description
A collection of ceramic and decorative items. The group includes a large multi-faceted earthenware planter, in the style of Charles Catteau, featuring a cobalt blue ground decorated with impasto white flowers with yellow centres and green leaves under a yellow glazed rim. Also present is a tall baluster vase decorated in the Satsuma style with butterflies and peonies amongst gilt foliage on a cream ground. The lot further comprises a matte cream-coloured figurine of a sleeping cat, a miniature blue and white porcelain vase with floral decoration, and a small white glazed cradle containing artificial blue flowers. No maker marks are visible on the exterior of the pieces.
