A Ronson Crown Silver-Plated Table Lighter and a Carved Stone Coaster Set
This lot comprises two vintage items: a Ronson Crown model table lighter and a set of circular stone coasters in a holder. The table lighter is constructed from a silver-plated base metal with a gadrooned body and beaded decorative borders. The underside is stamped with the maker’s mark Ronson Crown above a crown emblem, featuring the text Trade Mark and Made in England, alongside the registration number 85088. The second item is a circular coaster holder containing a set of round coasters, crafted from a carved stone such as soapstone or marble with a mottled cream and tan appearance. Both the holder and coasters are decorated with a motif of a caparisoned elephant in black, red, and blue, characteristic of Indian souvenir ware.
