A group of seven Bank of England One Pound notes, all featuring Queen Elizabeth II, with a mixture of Chief Cashier signatures including J. S. Fforde, D. L. Hollom and J. B. Page. Various serial numbers, as illustrated. Obverses with the Queen’s portrait and ornate calligraphy; reverses with Britannia and denomination panels in green guilloché designs.
Condition: Circulated to well-circulated. Notes show folds, creasing, edge wear and surface toning consistent with use; some heavier handling evident. All notes remain complete and legible.
A useful mixed lot of pre-decimal Bank of England £1 notes, suitable for collectors, study, or as representative examples of post-war issues.
